Join the City’s beautification efforts and take advantage of the annual spring cleanup event—Spruce Up Deltona! The event is April 15-16 from 8 AM to 5 PM. Use Spruce Up Deltona as the reason to tackle that house project. The City and Waste Pro will provide large dumpsters at 2391 Day Road. This is a great chance to show community pride by helping us Spruce Up Deltona! \nItems not accepted: tires\, household trash\, motor oil\, auto parts\, paint\, hazardous materials\, pool chemicals\, or large appliances. These items can be taken to Volusia County’s West Volusia Transfer Station\, 3151 E. New York Ave.\, or the Tomoka Landfill\, 1990 Tomoka Farms Road Monday through Friday 7 AM to 5 PM Saturday 8 AM to 3 PM. Fees may apply. \nNOTE: This event is for residential use ONLY\, commercial is prohibited. \nIf you have questions about Spruce Up Deltona 2023\, please call the Solid Waste Office\, at (386) 878-8723 or e-mail SolidWaste@deltonafl.gov before 5 p.m.\, April 14.
